The facility provides a broad range of surgical and anesthesia services across multiple sites, offering locum providers a dynamic and varied clinical experience with strong team support.

Advanced Practice - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage needed due to term provider and FMLA leave, with ongoing need until permanent hire is made
• Full-time availability required; Monday through Friday at Lebanon or Rolla locations
• Regular scheduled hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• On-call shift options: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Call coverage required once per week and one weekend per month
• Weekday call shifts begin after scheduled cases, typically 3:00-5:00 PM through 7:00 AM the following day
• Weekend call shifts begin after scheduled cases on Friday (typically 3:00-5:00 PM) through Monday at 7:00 AM, including 24-hour call shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Coverage across Lebanon, Rolla, and Mountain View locations as needed
• Lebanon Hospital provides 24/7 call coverage for general surgery and OB
• Rolla location is an outpatient surgery center only with no call requirements
• Procedures include: General anesthesia, epidural, regional nerve blocks, central lines, and MAC
• No neurological or cardiac anesthesia cases required
• Nearest airport: Springfield Branson National Airport
• Lodging recommendation: Hampton Inn
• Board certification required; BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
