CRNA Locums – Lebanon/Rolla, MO | $240/hr + T&L

Assignment: Ongoing
Commitment: Full-time only

Schedule
• Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Coverage across Lebanon, Rolla & potentially Mountain View
• Typically one facility per day, with occasional split-site days possible
• No guaranteed daily hours
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• OT applies after scheduled shift

Call – Lebanon Hospital Only
• 1 weekday call per week
• 1 weekend per month
• Weekday call: approximately 3/5 PM–7 AM
• Weekend: Friday afternoon through Monday 7 AM
• 24-hour call Saturday & Sunday
• 24/7 coverage for General Surgery & OB

Case Mix
• General Surgery
• OB
• Endoscopy
• Cataracts
• Podiatry
• ENT
• MAC
• Add-ons
• Regional blocks & epidurals required
• No Neuro / No Cardiac
• Adult/general population; some pediatric ENT possible

Practice Model: Solo CRNA

Requirements
• Active Missouri license required
• Full-time availability required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Travel & Lodging provided

Compensation: $240/hr + T&L
