Start: ASAP, pending credentialing | Ongoing through summer
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8s (7a-3p); will also accept providers for 3x12s Fri/Sat/Sun
No call
Case types: Ortho, Endo/GI, General, Vascular, Trauma, Urology (Hearts not required); no OB
Limited Peds cases (mostly ENT at surgery center)
Ratio: 4 CRNAs/CAAs to 1 doc
Anesthesia model: Medical Direction
New grads accepted
Pay: $235/hr (all inclusive); local candidates highly preferred
