CRNA Opportunity – West Plains, MO

Job description

Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Shift Details: 5x8s – 40 hours/week guaranteed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (minimum 2–3 weeks per month)
Call: Optional
Weekday call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM (1 weekday per week)
Weekend call: 1 weekend per month (24-hour coverage)
Practice Setting: Hospital – 114-bed facility | Level II Trauma Center
Supervision: Supervised by a Surgeon or Anesthesiologist (1 ANES on duty)
CRNA Coverage: 5 CRNAs covering the OR, GI Lab, OB C-sections (emergent), and epidurals
Patient Volume: 12–15 cases/day
Patient Population: All ages
Types of Cases: General surgery, endoscopy, OB, epidurals, TEE, cardioversions (rare); occasional emergency Cath Lab and ER
Required Skills: Must be able to manage surgery, endo, OB, and epidurals independently
EMR: Meditech (CRNAs document intraoperatively on paper)
Licensing & Certification Requirements:
CRNA Board Certification required
MO License or Compact License (must be active or able to start by July)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
CSR required; DEA not required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Credentialing Timeline: 3–4 weeks
