Position Overview
Inpatient CRNA role requiring full independent practice

Seven providers requested for ongoing coverage

Must reside 90+ miles from the facility

EMR: Paper charting

Patient Population
Adult

Pediatric

Neonatal

Required Clinical Skills
General anesthesia

Adult, pediatric, and neonatal anesthesia

Trauma

Spinal and epidural anesthesia

Regional anesthesia (must be fully proficient)

Obstetrical anesthesia

Neurosurgical and thoracic cases

Complex orthopedic cases

Pain management techniques

Post‑operative epidurals and extremity blocks

Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical)

Transforaminal injections

Central line placement

Arterial line placement

PA catheter placement

Must be able to work without supervision

Practice Setting
Inpatient hospital environment

Requirements
Board‑certified CRNA

Active Missouri license required (no exceptions)

CSR required

Fellowship training preferred

Required certifications: ACLS, BNDD

Must live 90+ miles from the facility

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days

No name‑clear process

Active MO license must be included with bid (license number only)

Credentialing documents must be submitted within 14 days of bid acceptance

Compensation & Contract Notes
Vendor fee: 3.75%

Holiday rate: 1.3x normal rate (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

Holiday and OT Sign up or sign in for contact informationx regular/on‑call rates

Rate is not all‑inclusive

Travel & Reimbursement Guidelines
All rates subject to CHS Corporate approval

No rate increases reviewed within 6 months of bid acceptance

Travel caps:

Car rental: $45/day

Airfare: up to $800 roundtrip
