Anesthesiology

Job ID: JO-2607-15210

CRNA | Nebraska Panhandle | 3 Wks On/1 Wk Off

Job description

A community-based critical access hospital in Nebraska's Sandhills region is growing its medical staff, offering the kind of full-spectrum clinical variety, genuine autonomy, and small-town quality of life that's increasingly hard to find. We are adding 2 CRNAs to our close-knit anesthesia team, offering true independent practice with a diverse surgical case mix and some of the best equipment in the region.

Position Highlights

  • Practice independently — no anesthesiologist supervision required
  • Join a collegial, "Nebraska nice" team of experienced CRNAs
  • Diverse case mix: OB, ortho, ER trauma, GI, spine, and pediatric ENT — roughly 100-120 cases/month
  • Top-of-the-line technology and equipment
  • Transitioning to a 3-weeks-on/1-week-off schedule for strong work/life balance
  • Real, immediate need — growth-driven opening plus 2 recent retirements
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

    Living in Western Nebraska
  • A safe, close-knit "Mayberry"-style community where kids ride bikes everywhere and neighbors know each other
  • Outdoor recreation at your doorstep — world-renowned golf, world-class pheasant hunting, hiking in the Black Hills and more in an outdoorsman's paradise
  • Strong local schools — public & private — with small class sizes and an abundance of youth activities to fit every interest
  • A regional airport in town with flights to Denver; East driving access to Rapid City (2.5 hrs) and Denver (4 hrs) for bigger-city amenities
  • Experience all four seasons in Nebraska's scenic Sandhills region
