Immediate start | Ongoing assignment
Monday–Friday, 7a–4:30p (8-hour guarantee)
Full-time preferred | Open to 3–4 days/week or 2 weeks/month
No call
Cases: ESRD, Interventional Vascular, Fistula Creations, Thrombectomy, Angioplasty, UFE & Stent Placements
No Heads, Hearts or OB | Adults only
Supervised model in an ASC
NextGen EMR
3+ years of experience required | Regional block experience preferred, not required
Credentialing: ~60 days
NV license
$220/hr all-inclusive
