Job description

Start: Immediate
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7a-4:30p with an 8-hour guarantee (minimum 3-4 days/week considered)
Outpatient surgery center (ASC) with 4 procedure rooms, about 15-20 cases per day
Cases: End stage renal disease, interventional cases, fistula creations and graft placements, thrombectomy, angioplasty, UFE, stent placements
No heads, hearts, or OB
Adults only (18+)
Supervised model; solo CRNA in the facility and procedure room
Credentialing: 30 days
Candidates without an NV license are considered

$235/hr + travel & lodging
