Job description

We are seeking 10 CRNAs for a 12+ week locums assignment at a busy hospital in Exeter, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for local providers, with expedited credentialing and a strong compensation package.

Assignment Details
Location: Exeter, NH
Assignment Length: 12+ weeks
Credentialing: Can be expedited for clean files, full privs up to 90 days
State License: Will accept candidates needing to obtain a license

Practice & Facility Overview
Case Types: General, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB
Anesthesia Rooms: 9
Charting System: Meditech / Paper

Care Team Model:
MDs supervise CRNAs
CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1
MDs perform their own cases as well

Schedule & Shifts
Full time or Part time schedules available
Shift Lengths: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Punch-in Time: 7:00 AM (OR start allows 30 minutes prep time)
Punches before 7:00 AM require approval
Late Start: 8:30 AM on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of each month
Shift Times:
8-hour: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
10-hour: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Providers are expected to work the full scheduled shift duration (excluding unpaid lunch).

Call Details:
Weeknight Pager Call: Preferred
Weekend Pager Call: Preferred
Callback rate is less than 5%
Call rates:
12 hour Beeper $500
24 hour Beeper $1000
OT/ Call back rate when called in = $312.50/hour

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $250/hour
$1,447 Weekly Travel Stipend for true locums
(local locums, within 60 miles of site will receive mileage only)
Medical malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage

Completion Bonus: Varies depending on start date $10,00-$20,000 after 520 hours worked within 17 weeks. The quicker the start, the more they will offer.
