Job description

$250/hr + Travel & Lodging
(Local candidates welcome – mileage reimbursed)
📍 Location: Exeter, NH
📆 Start Date: April 6, 2026
📆 End Date: October 2, 2026

8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Standard Start Time: 7:00 AM
Note: Punch-in allowed starting at 7:00 AM (30 min before OR time)
Late start: 8:30 AM on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of each month
8-hour shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Providers are expected to work the entire scheduled shift (excluding unpaid lunch)

In-house call: None
Weeknight pager call: Preferred
Weekend pager call: Mandatory
Callback rate: <5%

Case Types: General, Ortho, Pediatrics, OB
Anesthesia Model: Supervised
CRNA to MD Ratio: 3:1

Charting: Meditech / Paper
State License: Will consider candidates needing to obtain NH license
