Start Date: ASAP
π Contract Length: 6 months (Holidays off) β Must commit to full term
π Schedule: MondayβFriday, 7:00 AM β 4:00 PM
π Call: 1 week/quarter for pediatric tonsils (July & October)

Autonomous Role β No supervision; must be confident working independently
Broad Case Mix β Includes Peds, ENT, General Surgery, Ortho, Ophthalmology, and more
Quick Credentialing β Start within 30 days
Position Details
Setting: Hospital β 2 ORs, 2 Endo suites
Trauma Level: Level 4
Support Staff: 3 CRNAs (2 leaving), OR and Endo rotation, full RN and scrub tech support
Cases per Month:
OR: ~65β80 procedures
Endo: ~100β130 procedures (Locum will likely only cover OR)
Patient Population: Ages 2+
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Board Certification: Required
State License: Must have active New Mexico license (not willing to license)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Skills Required: Must be proficient and comfortable working fully independently
