Job description

• Schedule options:
– 8hr shifts 7:00a–3:30p preferred
– 10hr shifts 7:00a–5:30p preferred
– 12hr shifts 7:00a–7:30p available but not ideal
• Regular hours required
• Cases: General, Ortho
• Supervision model
• CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1
• MDs do their own cases
• Anesthesia rooms: 31
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: ~75 days
• $15K completion bonus for 520 hours worked within 17 weeks
• $500 referral bonus for any referral who works 30 days
