$20K Completion Bonus - Locum CRNA Opening for 5x8 or 4x10 Day Shifts near Lakefront, NY

Job description

• Shift type: 5x8 preferred, 4x10 considered, 12s now accepted; all shifts start at 7a
• Call: Inhouse OB call preferred; possible additional call
• Cases: General Surgery, GYN, Bariatric, Spine, OB, Ortho with blocks, Neuro/Heads & Peds (few)
• Supervision model: 1:3 if supervising
• Sites: MOR-17 rooms (EP/Cath Lab, GI, IR), Madison Irving Surgery Center-4, Physician Office Building-4, Labor & Delivery-3
• No OT
• Charting: Paper charting except pre/post-op orders in computer
• Credentialing: 30 days emergency timeframe
• Must cross credential at 2 sites
• License: NY preferred
• Accepting local candidates
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
