CRNA needed in Syracuse, NY

Job description

LOCUM CRNA NEEDED
- Shift(s) Description: 10 hour shifts, 7a-5:30p
- Schedule: Looking for June and July coverage, with possibility of sporadic coverage. Client is looking for 1-2 FTES. No call is required for CRNAs. They have 1 CRNA in house for evenings, nights, weekends.
- Patient Demographic: Adult, Geriatric, and 16+.
-15 Main ORs, 4 ASC
- Blocks are not required.
- Trauma Level 2
- EMR: Epic
- Will reimburse for all travel
-Client will consider locum, locum to perm, and perm candidates!

Submission Requirements:
-NBCRNA - [REQUIRED]
- Active NY State License - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission - [REQUIRED]
