• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 1 year
• Schedule: 8 and 10-hour shifts with weeknight and weekend call available
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Case Mix: General, orthopedic, and OB cases
• EMR: Epic
• Lodging/car rental/mileage allowance included

Requirements:
• State License: New York (required)
• Certifications: Board Certified CRNA
