About the clinician's workday

The CRNA will provide anesthesia services at a hospital operating room under a supervision model during day shifts, with call coverage required. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining and verifying patient consent, and discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients. The clinician will manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia while monitoring patients' physiological conditions throughout surgical procedures. Clinical interventions will be performed as needed within the context of a 1 MD to 4 CRNA staffing model across 8 anesthesia rooms.
