Locums CRNA Needed in New York!

13 Week assignment 

Schedule: 
5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
12's accepted, 5 x 8s preferred, 4 x10s will be considered
Shifts start at 7a for all providers. No exceptions.
Call: Inhouse OB call preferred

Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
No OT
Call: Inhouse OB call preferred

Job details: 
MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3
Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.

Willing to license   

$20k completion bonus (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks)
