Position Details
Monday–Friday clinical schedule
Clinical hours: 7 AM–3 PM
Weekday call: 3 PM–7 AM
Weekend call: Friday 7 AM–Monday 7 AM
Inpatient setting
Approximately 10–15 patients per day
Rural/critical access environment
May involve CRNA supervision
Epic experience required
Temporary privileges may be available
Credentialing approximately 60+ days
Specific Coverage Needs
October 19–23: No weekday call
November 5–13: Weekend call November 6–8; weekday call November 10 & 12
December 21–30: Holiday call December 24–27 — urgent coverage need

Epidurals
Inpatient procedures
Surgical cases
Requirements
Active New York license in hand
Board certified; board eligible may be considered
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Epic experience
Must be comfortable working in a rural critical access setting

Compensation:
$360/hour + Travel & Lodging

Urgent holiday coverage is available, particularly December 24–27.
