Job description

• Coverage needed per month: 12 shifts per month; 3 shifts per week, must be available for at least 2 Fridays a month and Mondays. Client makes schedule
• Frequency of any Call needed: No Call
• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 7a-7p 30 minute unpaid lunch

• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
