POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking experienced CRNAs to provide anesthesia services in a hospital setting. Candidates must be willing to take call and provide OB coverage.

SCHEDULE & CALL

8-hour day shifts

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Call begins after the 8-hour shift

1 weekday call per week

1 weekend call per month

Weeknight and weekend pager call required

No expected overtime

Beeper call preferred

Physician supervision

MD-to-CRNA ratio: 1:4

Physicians do not perform their own cases

REQUIREMENTS

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program

Current CRNA certification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Must be willing to take weekday and weekend call

Must be willing to provide OB coverage

Active New York license required

CREDENTIALING

Estimated privileging timeframe: 45 days

Temporary privileges may be available within 30–60 days
