Assignment & Onboarding
12‑week assignment with potential for extension
Streamlined privileging process (approximately 90 days)
Open to candidates who need to obtain a state license
Clinical Experience
Diverse case mix: Pediatrics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology
Work in a 10‑room anesthesia department
Fully supervised model with a supportive 4:1 CRNA‑to‑MD ratio
MDs do not perform their own cases; CRNAs are the primary hands‑on providers
Schedule & Call
Consistent 8‑hour shifts
No in‑house call
No weeknight or weekend pager call
Overtime available but not required
Charting & Workflow
Straightforward paper charting system
