Job description

Start: ASAP (ongoing)

Schedule:
Mon–Fri
7a–3p (8hr shifts)
No call for CRNAs

Setting:
Acute care hospital
4–6 ORs
EPIC EMR

Practice Model:
Supervised (1 MD : 4–6 CRNAs)
Mix of supervision + some independent cases

Cases:
Bread & butter
General, ortho, GYN, GI
No trauma, no OB
Blocks, spinals, epidurals required

What stands out:
True no call for CRNAs
Short, consistent 8-hour days
Low-acuity case mix
Balanced model (some autonomy)
Smaller team environment
