Facility:
This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility that provides comprehensive surgical services to the community. The facility features an 8-bed OR department offering a variety of surgical specialties with strong support for anesthesia providers.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:
• Provide anesthesia services for 4 patient encounters per shift in 8-bed OR department
• Variable shifts available including 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour in-house coverage options
• Handle complete orthopedic and OB surgical cases
• Perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
• Provide spinal anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia services
• Manage neurosurgical cases including head and spine procedures
• Conduct open heart anesthesia and thoracic cases (except open heart)
• Handle complex vascular and orthopedic cases
• Utilize pain management techniques including transforaminal procedures (lumbar and cervical)
• Manage ventilation and evaluate acute volume/BP issues
• Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
• Provide CRNA supervision as needed
• Must be certified with current NC license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Start date August 1, 2026 with ongoing needs

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
