Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing locum opportunity at a large Level 1 Trauma facility in Chapel Hill, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy variety, high-acuity cases, and working within a collaborative anesthesia team environment.

Position Highlights
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Primarily 10-hour shifts
Full-time coverage needed - Will consider someone with 2 weeks per month availability

Clinical Scope
High-acuity hospital environment with diverse case mix including:
GI
Cardiac
Neuro
Burns
MRI
Radiation Oncology
Trauma and critical care
No OB or pediatric cases required
Providers will rotate through various units depending on experience and comfort level
Facility willing to work around skillset limitations when possible
Requirements
NBCRNA certification required
AANA certification preferred
Active North Carolina license preferred
Willing to license providers through IMLC only
Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma setting required
Comfortable treating patients of all ages

Support & Environment
Collaborative anesthesia care team model
Support staff includes anesthesiologists and CRNAs
Fast-paced, high-acuity academic-style environment with strong team support

Additional Details
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 45–60 days
References preferred at presentation
Minimum of 2 references required prior to offer
