Practice Setting
Large academic Level I Trauma Center
Hospital-based anesthesia practice
989-bed facility
Care team model with anesthesiologists and CRNAs
Adult patient population
High-acuity environment with diverse case mix

Schedule
Ongoing coverage need
Mostly 10-hour shifts
Flexible scheduling required
Candidates must be available to work any day of the week as needed
Full-time coverage preferred
No call requirements

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services across multiple hospital departments
Work in a variety of clinical settings including:
GI
Cardiac
Neuro
Burn Unit
MRI
Radiation Oncology
General surgical services
Support a high-volume, high-acuity anesthesia program
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and CRNA colleagues
Flex between service lines based on departmental needs and provider skill set

Case Mix
Broad and diverse anesthesia practice
Exposure to complex tertiary-care cases
Level I trauma experience preferred
No OB coverage
No pediatric coverage
Facility can tailor assignments based on provider experience and competencies

Requirements
NBCRNA certified
North Carolina license preferred
IMLC candidates considered for licensure
AANA certification preferred
Comfortable practicing in a Level I Trauma Center environment
References strongly preferred at submission
Two references required before offer can be finalized

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation
No call requirements
Consistent full-time schedule available

Credentialing
Approximately 45–60 days
