Overview:
CRNA coverage in Greensboro, NC, based mainly at Moses Cone, with floating required.

Schedule & Coverage:
Specialty: CRNA. Contract Length: 6 Months (26 Weeks). Shift Details: 5x8, must be flexible, no consecutive days (30-minute unpaid lunch) — Monday & Friday shifts high priority. Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Title: CRNA. On Call: No.

Work Details:
Providers must be able to float (Moses Cone will be the Main Location). No new graduates. Moses Cone — Medical Direction will be done at this location. Amount of coverage needed per month: 4–5 shifts a month. Patients per day: 60+ Cases per Day. Patient population/age: All Ages. Department description: Anesthesiology — 20 ORs (general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma); 5 NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI). EMR: EPIC. Special Equipment: Drager anesthesia machine; Philips monitoring. Skills preferred: Hearts/vascular, neuro, peds. Will not be required to do hearts & lungs at Cone. Practice Setting: Hospital.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes, CRNA. State license required: Yes, State of North Carolina. Minimum experience required: 1–2 years (No new graduates). Certification Required: ACLS & PALS.

Credentialing:
60–90 days. Willing to License: NO.

Compensation & Travel:
OT: 1.5x normal rate after shift worked; OT hours are not guaranteed. Provider's scheduled OT shifts can be cancelled at any time. If provider is approaching OT on a scheduled OT shift, they can be sent home and only be paid for hours worked. Holiday: 1.5x normal rate — New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00–23:59]. All-inclusive: NO.
