CRNA Opportunity – Full-Time in Northern OH

We’re actively seeking 2 experienced CRNAs for a long-term assignment with a well-respected health system in Toledo, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple hospital sites—all within 15–20 minutes of each other.

Start Date: June 23rd
Duration: 3-month initial contract with option to extend
Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s – your choice!
Call: Not required
Case Types: Bread & Butter – ortho, general, endo, gyn, minor vascular/neuro (no heads, no hearts, no OB)
Ages: Primarily adults; some pediatrics (peds not required)
Model: Directed anesthesia, 1:4 MD to CRNA ratio
EMR: Epic
Rate: $220/hour + mileage & lodging
Travel: Mileage & hotel provided (no flights or rental cars)

Requirements:
OH license – active
Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (no new grads)
Board Certified
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing: Temporary privileges available (~30 days)
Decision making process: Name clear ➝ Presentation ➝ Interview
