Start Dates: ASAP - March 23-27, April 6-12, April 21-22, April 24, April 27-May 1, May 4-10, May 11-15, May 18-22, Ongoing
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call Requirements: Secondary call 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM; every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend (OR call only, no OB call)
Response Time: 45 minutes
Practice Model: All-CRNA practice
Case Types: Endoscopy, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, urology
Skills Required: Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks (case logs required)
ORs: 4 ORs; 3 providers during the day
EMR: Epic
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Compensation: $220/hr
