Locums CRNA Needed in Ohio - Willing to License

Job description

Start Date:
• May-Ongoing

Schedule:
• Minimum 2 Day a week
• 12 Hour Shift. 12, 14, and 16 hour shift
• No Call and No Weekends
• If a provider wants to work 5x8's or 4x10's then it would need to be a night shift or midday shift.
• 12hr (630a-7p), 13hr (630a-8p), 14hr (630a-9p), and 16hr (630a-11p) shifts

Clinical Details:
• Acute Care hospistal
• 1 year of experience required
• Cases:
General (high)
o Vascular (limited to moderate experience is okay)
o Thoracic (limited experience is okay)
o Neuro (moderate to high)
o Urology (moderate to high)
o ENT (moderate to high)
o Endo (moderate to high)
o Trauma (limited to moderate experience is okay)
o Transplant (moderate to high, kidney/pancreas only. Will not be asked to do livers, hearts, or lungs)
o Burns (limited to moderate experience is okay)
o Ophthalmology (moderate)
o Arterial lines (moderate to high)
o Central lines (limited to no experience is okay)
• Must be amenable to working in medically directed team
