**Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Permanent Opportunity**
Join a well-established anesthesia team with openings for both **full-time and part-time CRNAs**. Flexible employment options are available as either **hospital-employed (W2)** or **1099 independent contractor**.
### Compensation
**1099 Option**
* Base Rate: **$190/hr**
* Regional Blocks Stipend: **+$5/hr**
* Pediatrics Stipend: **+$5/hr**
* Total Rate with Stipends: **Up to $200/hr**
* Estimated Annual Compensation: **$325K–$345K**
**Hospital-Employed (W2) Option**
* Base Salary: **$238K–$260K+** (based on experience)
* OB Stipend: **$5,000**
* Pediatrics Stipend: **$5,000**
* Regional Blocks Stipend: **$5,000**
* Sign-On Bonus/Student Loan Assistance: **Up to $100,000 over 5 years**
* Overtime/Callback Pay: **$200/hr**
* Competitive call pay available

### Requirements
* Board Certified CRNA
* Active state license or willingness to obtain
* DEA required prior to start
* Clean malpractice and license history
* Recent NPDB Self-Query report required
