Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Schedule: 7a to 3p, or 7a to 7a call shift
Work Details:
• Cases: General, ENT, Urology, Ortho
• Care Team Model: Collaborative
• EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel:
• Travel and lodging covered
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Oklahoma license
• Minimum Experience: Preferred, but willing to train
Credentialing: Up to 90 days

• 3 months ongoing assignment
• Cases: General, ENT, Uro, and Ortho
• New grads welcome
