We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Ada, Oklahoma.

Start Date: June 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; no call, no nights, no weekends
Practice Setting: Hospital
Assignment Details:
• Independent CRNA-only practice
• Case mix includes ophthalmology, ortho, urology, ENT, and plastics
• 2 CRNAs on site
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Specific weeks open: late June through July coverage blocks
License: Active Oklahoma License Required
Requirements:
• Board Certification required (NBCRNA)
• BLS and ACLS preferred
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Availability required at submission for name clear
Travel: Travel and lodging covered
