Schedule:
4 weeks per month required (no exceptions)
Day shifts available:
4 x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
5 x 10-hour shifts per week as needed
Optional weekend shifts may be available:
Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
No call

Practice Details:
836-bed academic medical center
Level I Trauma Center
Patient population includes: Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Requirements:
Active Oklahoma license
DEA and Oklahoma CSR required
BLS required (AHA)
PALS or ACLS required
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Recent Level I Trauma experience required

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
