Position Overview:
A facility in Tillamook, Oregon is seeking a CRNA for a 1099 assignment in a fully independent practice environment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced providers comfortable managing a broad range of cases and performing regional anesthesia procedures without supervision.

Coverage Dates Needed:
• August 31 – September 4
• October 12 – 16
• October 26 – 30
• November 23 – 27
• December 21 – 25

Schedule:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Call Requirements:
• Every 3rd weeknight
• Every 4th weekend
• Required response time: 20 minutes

Work Details:
• Practice Model: All CRNA Practice (No Supervision)
• Number of ORs: 3
• Number of Providers During Day: 3
• EMR: Cerner

Case Mix Includes:
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• Pain Management
• OB/GYN
• ENT
• Endoscopy

Required Skills:
• Spinals
• Epidurals
• Regional Blocks

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 90–120 days
