Position Overview:
A facility in John Day, Oregon is seeking an experienced CRNA for a 1099 assignment with an attractive 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for extension and offers a mix of surgical, OB, trauma, and pain management responsibilities.

Assignment Highlights:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Initial contract: 6 months with extension potential
• Highly desirable 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule
• Travel covered (lodging cap applies)
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Long-term need with ongoing coverage opportunities

Schedule:
• 4x10-hour shifts during working weeks
• OR operates Monday–Thursday
• During scheduled coverage weeks, provider is on call for OB, trauma, and emergency surgery needs
• Required response time: 20 minutes

Clinical Responsibilities:
• General surgical anesthesia coverage
• OB anesthesia coverage (required)
• Trauma and emergency surgery call coverage
• Pain management procedures when privileged

Case Mix:
• Surgery
• OB
• Trauma
• Emergency Surgery
• ESI Injections
• Pain Management Procedures

Preferred Skills:
• Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI)
• Pain Management Procedures
• Ability to independently manage both surgical and obstetrical anesthesia cases

Requirements:
• Must be comfortable covering both Surgery and OB
• Ability to meet 20-minute call response requirements during scheduled coverage periods
