CRNAs Needed | November Start | Ongoing

$240/hr + Travel & Lodging
Independent CRNA practice
Adult & Peds | No Neonatal

Locations: Albany, Lebanon & Corvallis, OR

Schedule: 8–10 hour weekday OR shifts + call. Home call with low callback volume. Call is required.

Cases: General, OB, Vascular, Ortho, Surgical, Sedation, Regional, Epidurals, Nerve Blocks, Spinal Blocks, Arterial/Central Lines and more.

Requirements: 1+ year CRNA experience, CSR required, Epic. Oregon license preferred but not required. Approximately 60-day credentialing.

Full-time availability preferred; providers available 2 weeks/month may be considered.
