Rate: $240/hr, negotiable for full-time
Travel & Lodging: Provided

Schedule

8–10 hour weekday OR shifts
10-hour shifts available
Call is required
Weekday home call: 3 PM–3 AM
Weekend home call: Friday 3 PM–Monday 7 AM
Low callback volume
Most nights done by 9 PM
Occasional epidural callbacks

Practice

Independent CRNA practice
Adult & pediatric cases
No neonatal
Epic
75% inpatient / 25% outpatient
Patient load generally 1–5

Case Mix
General, OB, Vascular, Ortho, Spine, Regional, Nerve Blocks, Epidurals, Sedation, Vent Management, Arterial Lines, Central Lines and more.

Requirements

1+ year CRNA experience
Oregon license preferred, not required
Must be willing to obtain CSR
~60-day credentialing
