**CRNA Locums | Oregon | Independent Practice | Long-Term Assignment**

Samaritan Health Services is seeking CRNAs for coverage in Albany, Corvallis, and Lebanon, Oregon, through December 2027.

- Independent CRNA practice
- 8–10-hour weekday shifts
- Full-time preferred; 2 weeks per month considered
- Candidates may work at one or multiple facilities
- Call required, including weekday and weekend coverage
- Broad case mix including OB, vascular, ortho, general, and regional anesthesia
- Epic EMR
- Adult and pediatric patients; no neonatal or cardiac
- 1+ year of CRNA experience required
- Oregon license preferred but not required
- Travel expenses covered
