Job description

Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and a well-supported anesthesia care team in a busy hospital setting. This is a great locums assignment with consistent hours and a diverse case mix.

Assignment OverviewL

Start Date: ASAP start available

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Call Requirements: None

Practice Setting:
- Facility Type: Hospital
- Anesthesia Model: Medical direction
- CRNA to MD Ratio: 4:1
- Anesthesia Rooms: 11
- Physicians perform their own cases: Yes

Case Mix: General Surgery, Cardiac, Neuro, Orthopedics

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify informed consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Continuous physiologic monitoring
- Perform clinical interventions as needed

- Requirements
- Certification: CRNA (Board Certified)
- Licensure: Active state license (licensing candidates will be considered)
- Charting Systems: Epic, iPro, GE
