• Patient Population: Pediatric and adult

Schedule and Coverage
• Coverage Type: Full time only
• Schedule: 5 × 8 hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
o Includes 30 minute unpaid lunch
• Coverage Requirement: 40 hours per week

• Board Certification: CRNA certified
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
