We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing assignment in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.

Start Date: June 2026
Schedule: Flexible schedule with options for 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM); optional night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and optional second call from home
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Assignment Details:
• Small facility with 2 operating rooms
• Care team model with CRNAs performing their own cases and supervising physician available for blocks and emergencies
• Case mix includes general, GI, urology, gynecology, podiatry, hands, knees, and hips
• No cardiac, neuro, trauma, pediatric, or complex head cases
• Flexible coverage needs with full-time preference but open to sporadic availability
• Optional second call if within 30 minutes of facility
License: Active Pennsylvania License Required
Requirements:
• Must be able to perform bread and butter cases independently
• Must be comfortable working in a low-acuity, independent setting
