Assignment: Ongoing Assignment
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days (expedited credentialing available)

Practice Highlights:
Ambulatory Surgery Center with 4 ORs
Medical direction model (1:3)
6–15 cases per day
Adult and pediatric patients
Heavy Orthopedic volume
Additional cases include GYN, Eyes, Endoscopy, ENT, Dental, and General Surgery
