Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Patient Demographic: Adults and healthy peds
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro

Requirements:
• State License: Active PA license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
