*****Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience****** Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Timeframe: Can take only a few daysFacilities: Multiple facilities but only one location per day, but across different facilities Sign up or sign in for contact information: 4x10's M-F Must be able to work Monday and Fridays. Candidates must be Flexible. Full Time hours only WWG: 40hrsLocal candidates preferred but will provide a travel stipend for non-locals. Types of cases: 1st facility: Peds, general, ortho, bariatrics, dental, spinal - EMR Meditech2nd facility: general, ortho, bariatrics, dental, spinal - EMR Meditech3rd facility: Ortho, Bariatric, spinal bread and butter. Some OB but the volume of OB is under 500- no epidurals - EMR EpicActive licenses - can start as soon as 1 week laterObtain a license - 4-6 weeks for the start dateWill need PALS for Peds cases at 1st facilityMD CRNA Ratio- 1:4No nights or weekends
