CRNA Opportunity – South Carolina

Full-Time Schedule | Home Call Required
A facility in South Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join a rotating schedule model. This is a team-based environment where all providers participate equally in shifts and call.

Schedule:
4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
or
5 x 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
The weekly schedule rotates between 4x10s and 5x8s to align with block scheduling.

Call Requirements:
Home call required (approximately once per week)
Weekend 24-hour home call required
Weeknight call coverage: 3:00/5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
30–45 minute callback response time
Most post-call days are off
Post-call providers are typically first out

Practice Setting:
8 ORs
One anesthesia tech for support
EMR: Epic
Patient population: Ages 15–100
Approximate case volume: 200 cases

Case Mix:
Bread-and-butter anesthesia
General surgery
OB/GYN
ENT
Orthopedics

Requirements:
NBCRNA required
Active South Carolina license required (will not license)
BLS and ACLS required
DEA and CSR required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Vaccinations required

Credentialing
Standard privileging process
