CRNA Opportunity – 12-Hour Shifts | Supervised Model | Arizona

Job description

A hospital-based facility is seeking experienced CRNAs for flexible 12-hour shift coverage in a supervised model. Providers must be comfortable working across a variety of clinical settings, including OB and OR.

Schedule:
12-hour shifts only:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week)
Minimum 4-week commitment
Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month
3–6 night shifts per month based on department need
Night coverage may include OB or OR
Straight nights may be available
Flexible providers may pick up additional shifts if desired.

Practice Setting:
Supervised model
Level I Trauma Center (experience preferred)

Case Mix & Requirements:
Current OB experience required
Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
Pediatric cases
Neuro/head cases
Broad OR exposure

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
Must be flexible across shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)

Credentialing Timeline:
Active Arizona license: ~6 weeks
IMLC: ~2 months
Not yet licensed: ~3 months
(Credentialing may begin with a pending license; timelines based on a clean background and malpractice history.)
