Job description

We have a CRNA locums opportunity near Forest Acres, South Carolina with a large, well-established anesthesia department and a pretty straightforward bread-and-butter case mix.

They’re looking for full-time coverage only, and providers need to be available every week of the month. The nice part is they’re flexible on scheduling and will consider 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s depending on department needs.

The department is sizable with around 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists onsite. Cases are mostly general surgery, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular — overall a manageable community-style mix without highly specialized requirements.

They also have strong support staff and updated equipment onsite including Glidescopes, Draeger anesthesia machines, and anesthesia tech support. Providers may rotate occasionally through one of the ambulatory surgery centers as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years CRNA experience
SC license or compact license required
DEA required
ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
COVID vaccine required (no exemptions)
No local candidates accepted
Credentialing is currently running around 60–90 days, and they are open to licensing candidates if you already hold a compact license.
