About the facility

This facility operates as a Level 3 Trauma Center with a broad surgical case mix across multiple specialties, supporting organized perioperative workflows designed to facilitate quality anesthesia care delivery. The facility functions under a physician supervision model with an established operating room program and a dedicated cardiac surgery team that manages all cardiac cases. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP basis on an ongoing schedule to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model (4:1 ratio) during day shifts within an operating room setting, Monday through Friday on 8-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes general, OB, and vascular procedures, with some healthy pediatric cases; cardiac cases are excluded, as a dedicated cardiac team manages those procedures. No call coverage is required as part of this locum tenens assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
