Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a full-time locum assignment supporting multiple hospital locations in Southwest Tennessee.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: July 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Full-time clinical coverage
• Schedule: Must provide full-time availability and be willing to rotate across multiple sites
• Preferred Shift Mix: Primarily 10-hour shifts, with some 12-hour shifts and limited 24-hour shifts
• Schedule Pattern: Monday–Friday (primarily) with limited weekend coverage
• Call Requirements: As available; includes both in-house and beeper call (Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, etc.)

Work Details
• Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology, Transplants, Neuro (head & spine), Cardiac (TEE), and NORA cases including GI, Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology
• Practice Model: Variable supervision models ranging from independent practice to CRNA supervision ratios of 1:1 to 1:4
• Skills Required: Epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia (brachial plexus, femoral-sciatic, ankle, wrist blocks)
• EMR: Cerner (transitioning to Epic)

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required or Board Eligible
• License: Active Tennessee and/or Mississippi license required (both preferred)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TEE certification required for cardiac involvement
• Case Log Requirement: Minimum 50 CRNA case logs from the past 12 months
• Compliance: Clean file required (no malpractice history due to strict MSO standards)
