Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Primary Facility: Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital
Cross Credentialing:
• St. Thomas Surgery Center Clarksville
• Surgery Center of Clarksville
Start Date: 06/29/2026 (ASAP after credentialing)
Length: 6–12 months
Credentialing: 60–90 days (starting June)

Schedule
4x10-day shifts, No call, No weekends

Cases & Practice Model
Strong, broad case mix including:
Endo/Gastric (primary volume) → Orthopedics → General → GYN → Urology → Vascular → Neuro/Spine → Cardiology → Thoracic
Care team model in hospital + ASC settings

Clinical Expectations
Regional skills (blocks, spinals, epidurals) are optional, not required

Technology
USAP: Medaxion
Hospital EMR: Cerner (current), Epic (pending transition)

Compensation & Coverage
Malpractice coverage provided by Anesthesia OnCall
Travel and lodging support available
